So Kazaa, if any of you remember them, they were one of the most popular file sharing netowrks out there. Since then theyve taken a beating from THe RIAA. well now in australia they have lost a court battle. and the result is that they have to change their software to combat piracy instead of fostering it. So file sharing networks become more secure right? depends, it keeps the music industry quiet for now. Bunch of old douchebags, you do realize that they are the ones who get all the money. the artists who write the music only get an ass cap salary to keep them safe in case they flounder on the charts. But usualy they spend it all. So in essence only the companies that ride the music produced by artists are hurting from illegal file sharing. the consensus i think is that artists could care less cuz theyre paid very little amounts of the money they actually make from their OWN music. god its so much better to just handle the recording and distirbution with third party resources. Now that technology has become cheaper to purchase you can get a high quality recording system for around or less than $1,000. Honestly if anyone here who reads this is thinking of ever becoming an artist. DONT go to a recording company. become ur own.

APPLE has done it again, with a new ipod and a new phone. OMG THE NANO is smaller in width than a pencil! FOR GODS SAKE, u must go out now and buy one. Super sexy ipod baby. and its even in black. Plus motorola has integrated itunes into its ROKR phone. all this available for aweness at
PLUS if that aint enough itunes 5 has launched wth a new look and some other upgrades id presume. more on taht when i get it up and running.
